How To Increase Body Weight?

sir, even though i use to eat properly and even use to take more calories than what is needed still i am not gaining weight and am still under weight i just wanna increase my weight by 10 kgs my weight is 56 kgs and my height 176 cm sir recommend me something so that i can get my body back to proper shape

Hai,
I will advise certain foods to increase your body weight in natural way.
First eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake.
take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables.
,jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee.
add non veg items like meat and sea foods frequently.

This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight.
