How To Improve Weight?

I m 19 my weight is 54 kg nd height 6 1.i want to increase my weight,my diet plain is: in morning:a cup of tea,in breakfast roti nd sabji noon:in lunch rice daal nd sabji evening:tea with some snacks night:dinner 4 roti sbji..i don t drink,smoke at all..suggest me how to increase my weight thanku

you can gain more weight don't worry it depends on your metabolism and genetics still i would advise you following
avoid morning tea
Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet
have food supplements like multivitamins and minerals
regular physical exercises will increase your appetite and overall well being
so go for walking jogging and play games

Take adequate sleep for 8 hours lead a stress free life
