How To Improve Vitamin D Level?

hi my vitamin d level was less the 3 , 1 month back. then i got an injection of arachitol 6L and got another same injection after 15 days i.e. 15 days back. now i have got my blood test done yesterday which shows the same vitamin level less then 3 ! please suggest

Welcome. You need a continuous supply of vitamin D. Many people have low levels. You can get vitamin D from fish, fortified milk, fortified cereals, but many rely on vitamin D3 supplements. The most common prescription I see for repletion, treatment of osteoporosis, etc. is 1,000 IU of D3 per day. Once your D is repleted you can drop your dose down but you still must maintain a source of intake one way or the other to keep your blood levels up.
