As per your query, you have pigments on the face and you want to improve your face complexion. Need not to worry. I would suggest you wash your face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil, dust and bacteria on your face. Keep applying Clindamycin gel. Avoid greasy creams, use water-based products. Don't pick or touch any pigment. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Apply kojic acid cream on face. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid and may advise chemical peeling.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
