Think you're smaller than average? You're probably not. The typical erect penis is usually 5 to 6 inches long with a circumference of 4 to 5 inches.

About penis enlargement, there are lots and lots of supposed options out there -- penis pills, creams, brutal stretching exercises, horrific-looking devices, and penis surgery. Almost none of it works.

Not being able to achieve or sustain erection due to performance pressure is common and can happen to anybody. In my clinic I would have treated you with Viagra 50 mg taken, as needed, approximately half an hour before sexual activity. But as these are prescription based medicine, or is better to visit doctor.
