How To Heal Hypertension Drug Mediated Bad And Lengthy Cough With Right Foot And Leg Swelling?
I have tried 2 diferent drugs for my hypertention and both gave me a very bad and lenghty cough. I have stopped taking the meds but have swelling of my right foot and leg. Could this be pulmonary hypertention? I went to a cardiologist who ordered stress, echo and carotid artery scan and the results were okay. I am ready to go back to my family doctor to see if he can prescribe something that will work or go to a pulmonary doctor.

Certain medicines for hypertension do give rise to these symptoms.
Consult your doctor and discuss about this problem.
Changing of one group of blood pressure medicine to other group will give you relief.
As your all other cardiac tests are fine,nothing to worry.
