How To Heal Chest Pain After A Fall?

Today, I fell partly on my left side with my body twisted so my chest hit the ground, I lost my breathe for a second, but I am having no trouble breathing at this time. But my chest above my Brest area especially when I raise my arms or get uo or down from sitting or lying down. Should I be very concerned?

Thanks for your query.
From description it seems to be soft tissue injury . You need an x-ray to rule out any bony injury.
To get relief from the pain and for quick healing:
1. Do hot fomatation at the site.
2. Apply local anti-inflammatory gel 2-3 times a day.
3. Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen to reduce pain and local swelling or inflammation.
4. Do not lift weight or try to do exercise that involve painful muscles. Give proper time to heal.
