How To Heal Acute Flareup Eczema?

I am 25 years old. I live in the UAE and am suffering from an acute flareup of eczema. I have had eczema ever since I can remember; and when I was a child, I had been bedridden for months because of infected flareups. But as an adult, I have been able to manage it with a few rashes to my feet. However, since the past 1 month, it seems to have spread all over my body for no reason whatsoever. It appears to be the winter, but I have been through many a winters in the past years without flareups. Why do you think this is? Parts of my forehead and ear are weeping. I am also going through insufferable irritation and pain at night. Not being able to sleep at all. Help me please.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern from the history given here this may not be the eczematous condition but this seems chronic allergic condition of the sin may be idiopathic type (Means no specific reason) but this condition best can be controlled with the following medicine and some time gives the permanent result too,
1) Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day for 5 days
hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
