How To Heal A Non Displaced Fracture Of The Distal Fibula?

I broke my ankle 6 weeks ago in denver colorado. i went to a orthopedic surgeon and found i had a non displaced fracture of the distal fibula and i have had a plastic and foam cast on my leg for 6 weeks. i need to go to a clinic/or
ortho dr. to check placement and to the "follow up" what ever it is for this ankle. we are rv era and we are in pima county fair grounds right now and not familiar with this area. I do have health ins.

If you have cast since six weeks you can get it removed, As fracture of fibula usually unites in this time. You can have some pain and swelling for little longer time but this happens and need not to be worried. You can apply crape bandage, take calcium , use gentle warm water to soothen your ankle.
