Hello and welcome to HCM,
An infection in the body is followed by increase in Ig M antibody.
After the infection is treated and/or the infection dies out the Ig M is followed by increase in Ig G levels.
The H pylori infection can be efficiently treated with anti-H pylori drugs.
After clearing of infection, the levels of Ig G increase.
Increase of Ig G levels is not a disease state.
It suggests infection control.
If again there is increase in levels of Ig M antibody against H pylori, a re-infection with H pylori is present.

Thanks and take care
