I had chicken pox when I was around 20 and did not have a scar or it was not visible on my face, but over the years it has become bigger and now looks like a dark spot on my face.. what is the best way to make it lighter.. I have very light skin and I am of Indian Origin.

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
Chicken pox scars are pretty challenging to treat and treatment comes with variable results.
Consult your dermatologist today for proper management.
I would suggest you to go for laser therapy (Fractional Co2 laser, Non-ablative RF etc) as it has the best results of all other treatment modalities.
Moreover, if additionally treated with dermaroller or 100%TCA peel (CROSS technique), pretty appreciable results can be achieved.
Hope this will take care of your query.
Thank you
