I have beautiful skin for my age 73, I have never had break outs, I use only a moisturizer on my face Estee, never had a problem all my life. I have a white pimple between my two eyebrows near my nose it looks like it is filled with something, so I put ice on it, and started picking at it, now it has a scab on it, sometimes if I put a hot towel it bleeds, any suggestions. Thank you
