How To Get Rid Of The Habit Of Masturbation?

Hi doctor my problem is that i am habitual of hand practice and i want to leave this far behind and also want to know that how could i gainmy energy back so i could be strong again. i hope that u will understand my prob and u will help me to gain energy back.

I have read your query and have understood your concern.

In fact, masturbation is not an issue of concern. Sexual desire is a natural instinct. When there is no sexual partner, the desire is satisfied by masturbation. About 90% of the men in the world have experience of masturbation and most of them are without any health, sexual or family problems. It is always better and safer to masturbate than having promiscuous, unhealthy and dangerous sexual exposures which carry the risk of sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, Syphilis, etc.

Please take care that masturbation habit does not become an addiction. By developing different hobbies and getting engaged in the career, you can avoid this. Meditation also will help you for this purpose.

Masturbation does not lead to weakness. If you are feeling week, it could be because of lack of exercise, faulty diet and stress of masturbation.

Please have high protein diet at 4 hourly interval. Do exercises in Gym as well as in open air.

Please remove the guilty feeling about the practice of masturbation. My boy, you are healthy and will remain healthy.
