How To Get Rid Of The Drinking Habit?

I am a very poor men in assocaition of my friends i was eating gutka tobacco since last more then 5 years and also have habit of drinking wine also therefore i have lost my weight to a great extent and my in take of food is less and i am feeling more weakness and mind gets blank for some time. could you please suggest me the way to get rid of it immediately. since i am very poor and can not afford high medical treatment.How can i now avoid the things from my life?

Internal motivation Is must. U have to dcd not to drink at any cost. Thete are some medication which can help to control withdrawl fraeture and craving.
For smoking bupropion can help
For drinking u can go gor rehab and some anticraving medication.
