Hello Aryan,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understnad your concern that you are have acne (pimples) induced spots and scars.
From your description, it seems to me that you are having both black marks (termed as post acne pigmentation) as well as depressed acne scars.
I would suggest you the following-
1. For the black spots, you could use a gel containing 2-4% Kojic acid at bedtime for about 6-8 weeks.
2. You will also benefit from chemical peels like glycolic acid/ salicylic acid peels. You need to get tehm done by a dermatologist. 6-8 sessions at 2-3 weeks intervals is generally recommended.
3. Use a sunscreen which is gel based ( non-oily) every 4 hours to prevent further darkening of spots.
4. For the scars, I would recommend procedures like microdermabrasion, microneedling and subcision. However, the exact procedure or the combination of procedures from which you will benefit can be determined only after an assessment of the type of scars, the depth of scars, the duration of scars and the extent.

Do consult a good dermatologist and start the scar treatment early because once the scars become old, they may not respond very well to treatment.

Do consume a good, healthy diet with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drink 2-3 liters of water every day.
Try to reduce mental stressors.

Hope this helps you.
Take care.
