How To Get Rid Of Scaly Dark Patches On Body?

I have some very scaly dark patches on my body in different places. One on each side of my face & a few others in other places. They don't itch or bother me in any way besides being ugly. I had one of them lasered off about 10 years ago & it's back in the same place. Should I be worried?

it may be psoriasis. get it examined by dermatologist. if psorisis ointmentpregmatar may be used. it can be autoimune disorder. only contractary is lack of itching. routine blood examination and exclude dibetes hypertention. history of recurence insame place points towards inflamatory reason.
