How To Get Rid Of Scabs On The Tops Of Ear Helix?

I have grey scaly/scabs on the tops of the helix of my ears i ve always had it on one of them. i d rip it off in the morning & it be back by the end of the day. Recently i ve noticed itching growing in size and it on the top my other ear. Also both my ears are bright red and hot along the helix and my newest symptom is they have a rough texture that runs don my ear helix and stops just above the ear lobe. it bothers me but i cant say its either painful or itchy. The closest thing I found online to what i might have is called CNH but i m neither male nor middle aged. Im a 22y old F stationed in the middle east.

Hi, this Chondrodermatitis fetures require only lifestyle modifications.
Since you are 22 old F, Chances of using Head phones/ cell phones may exert continuous pressure over the ear pinna- Avoid it
Try not to sleep sideways because of the problem in both the ears.
Use some soft pillows.
avoid cold air hitting on the ears directly from A/C
If there is wound/ulcer apply Aloevera ointment.
If its not reducing you meet dermatologist for Medical intervention or surgical.
