How To Get Rid Of Restlessness And Breathlessness?

I am suffering from restlessness and also short breath because of this am not able to walk properly .during taking rest also restlessness taking place.I am taking I am taking 1mg ativan daily .for a short period I am getting relief afterwords this problem starts .please suggest some remedy

I think you are very much anxious about your health.
Do not worry so much.
You see anxiety itself is an ailment which can present physically as tremor of hands and feet , sweating , jaw pain, breathlessness , stomach ache and even increased heart rate and palpitation.

I would suggest you to visit a clinician and get yourself examined for the breathlessness . He can correlate clinically.

In the meantime continue Ativan .
Practice relaxation techniques like consciously breathing in a nd out for about 5 minutes a day.
