Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic forum.
You can lighten the skin colour of your neck to 2-3 shades lighter one with the skin lightening treatments and laser therapy. Regarding the small pits on your face due to pimples, dermabrasion will help you. Chemical treatment may not be very helpful.

Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,

Shweta, pores are not going too respond to chemical peels .I would like to ask you one thing here,is it actually pores or are they punched out scars following pimples. If they are big scars then you should go for the latest treatment i.e.lasers .Here fractional laser would be the best choice.Fractional laser even would work for fine pores.
Previously we used to do microdermabrassion ,but was not very effective. In fact it wont be effective at all if the pores are small ,so no point getting it done.Usually it costs 1200/-rs per sitting(approx).
About your sides of nose and lips being dark.Nose pigmentation is due to seborrheic dermatitis and one can use anti fungal cream in combination with a mild steroid .
Darkness of lips I would say could be genetic (mostly) or induced by lip sticks or if you are allergic to tooth paste which you are using. The scope of improvement is bleak in case of lips ,but here too you can try a laser treatment if available.I have tried lasers in my patients with variable results.
Neck pigmentation can be because of over weight (if you have) or sun exposure.Start using a good spf sunscreen(medicated only).Along with this you can use tretinoin cream at night .
I hope I have answered your query ,but if you have any questions ,you can mail back to me.
