How To Get Rid Of Pimples?

Good afternoon, am Delilah syabula and would like to find out the type of lotion and facial cleanser to use in order to get rid of pimples on my face. I have been using lemon tube and lemon lotion for some months. I ended up using Dettol liquid of which I developed a lot of pimples and became dark in complexion, hence I stopped using it.
I will be most grateful to hear from you.
Thanks.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Home remedies are not going to work as you desire, moreover they may cause side effects like irritation too.

I would suggest that you see a nearby dermatologist. Your treating dermatologist might choose to prescribe oral antibiotics like either doxycycline or Azithromycin for 4-12 weeks depending on the severity of acne.

Topical antiacne gels like clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide would be suitable rather than using home remedies.

A gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion is what is desired in acne prone skin rather than cleansing it with harsh cleanser like dettol.

regards
