How To Get Rid Of Pimples With White Heads?
how to get rid of pimples with white heads? of course after 3 or 4 days it breaks off and the pus comes out. i clean it with a cotton and wash my face. i have an oily skin, and im in last year of teens and im a male. i had pimples from 14 years. how to deal with the red marks as well as the pits that are pimple left overs? is there any sort of cream that grows the tissue?
i have acne all over my back or on the chest or hair ingrows on my scalp as well as near the thigh skin folds... but i dont experience most of the problems with the back and chest but hair ingrown on the scalp is irritating.
if i dont wash my hair everyday, it stinks may be after 36 hours after head bath.
please advice.

Hi,
You seem to have multiple problems. Acne vulgaris, truncal acne and pseudofollicultis. Acne is multifactorial disease beside genetic tendency. Oily skin and dandruff may be resposible maor factors. Stress,anxiety,hormonal disturbances,oily food, insomnia..etc might exacerbate the disease. Even, certain drugs like pills,steroids,iodine,INH..etc can promot acne lesions. Truncal acne might have similar causes. Peudofollicilitis may be due to ingrown hais causing hair follicle infection. You consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment. Antibiotics like minocycline or azithromycine may be taken in proper dose for few months. Isotretinoin 10 mg daily till good response. Apply clindamycine gel at night. Cleanse the face with cetaphil lotion. And wash the scalp daily with shampoo containing ketoconZole. Avoid all factors which are responsible. You may get good response after few months of trreatment.
