How To Get Rid Of Piles?

Hi I am amit..I think i am suffering from piles or heamorrhoid..Pls suggest me what to do..I have written.."i think" because i haven't diagnosed but the kind of symptom is similar to piles/heamorrhoid. sometimes blood & pus comes. ..It is near area of anus and looking very big..Please suggest me what to do & whom i should consult??

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a lump near the anus with pus and blood drains can be due to causes like Anal abscess, Anal Fistula, Thrombosed external hemorrhoid etc..
It seems most probably be an Anal Fistula or an abscess..

I would suggest you to consult a Proctologists and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Sigmoidoscopy can be advised to you..
In case if it is diagnosed as Anal abscess surgical drainag of the pus will be done followed by antibiotics and painkillers to relieve pain..

In case of Fistula that is a small opening caused due to long standing abscess needs to be drained completely and closed surgically..
In case of Hemorrhoid if there is continuous drainage needs also to be surgically treated..
