Hi,

It seems that you may be having milia...on both side of lips. The condition is benign, the lesions are small cysts containing whitish material. The disease might go away without any treatment. If you feel embarassing, then you may go for treatment. You consult dermatologist. The milia may be removed by electrocautery done under local anaesthesia. The procedure is simple and done in OPD. I feel. You might be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
