General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The most common cause of shoulder pain and neck pain is injury to the soft tissues, including the muscles.
I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also suggest using magnesium supplement for muscle relaxation.
Warm compresses and warm shower can help.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
