How To Get Rid Of Indigestion Problem?

For the last 8 weeks I've developed a low grade fever off and on. I seem to have excessive indigestion, very tired. I was on antibiotics for gastritis (spelling). I have dull to sometimes sharp pains under my left breast & my left shoulder blade. As soon as I start to feel better, I feel worse again. Yesterday I had a fever & today fever blisters.

HI
Well come to HCM
Your query being appreciated, the given symptoms could be due to viral infection and it may not be bacterial infection so better to stop taking the antibiotic else it may cause the antibiotic induced diarrhea, viral infection may not need any treatment but it is the self limiting condition, of course high grade fever and dehydration need to be taken care.
History of low grade fever demands the investigations like x-ray chest and routine blood tests, you have not mentioned the reading of body temperature because if the temperature is just below 99 F then it may not be fever.
hope this information helps.
