How To Get Rid Of Facial Cystic Acne?
Okay so usually when it gets close to 'that time of the month' my face breaks out. And i often get cystic acne. When it drains out...the skin turns into like an open wound usually the size of a dime sometimes the size of a nickel. But it takes them forever to heal and im super self conscious and i really dont know what to do. Any advice on keeping cystic acne away without meds and how to get my face to heal by thursday?

Cystic acne is a frustrating condition. The lesion of cystic acne is deeper then acne vulgaris. It may be healed leaving scars. You consult dermatologist for treatment and prevention of cystic acne. Oral doxycycline or minocycline for long time heals and prevents the cystic acne. Oral tretinoin in low dose 10 mg for few months might heal and prevent the disease. Dapsone is another drug used for cystic acne. Application of clindamycine or tretinoin gel in 0.012% may be helpful. Stress and worries might exacerbate the cystic acne. So you should avoid tesion.
