Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

From what you have mentioned, you seem to be having symptoms of depression. During depression, negative thought predominate our consciousness. I would recommend you to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation of your condition and appropriate management.

You would need treatment with anti-depressants like escitalopram/ sertraline, etc. The medications will take time to act and you will have to be patient for the response. You can also start exercising daily. Cognitive behavior therapy is another option you can try if someone trained in it is available in your area.

Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
