How To Get Rid Of Dandruff Permanently?

Hi DOCTOR, I am 19 years old. I have dry dandruff + hair loss in frontal and crown area. My therapist suggested Q sera , Novale shampoo, which i used for 4 months. It was ok then. Now i am using kera xl and silkworm shampoo. But suddenly dandruff recurred in frontal area and l still have hair fall. I am really worried. please help me

Hi, dandruff is nothing but shedding of dead scalp cells due to infective or non infective reason,what treatment u have taken yet is only for hair growth but we need to find the cause of dandruff and repeated hair fall, there can be chances of fungal infection of scalp but u should consult to dermatologist rather than taking only symptomatic treatment.
