How To Get Rid Of Black Spots On And Around Ankle?

hi i have black spots above and around my ankles i got them about ten years ago on a trip back from pakistan people who see my ankles say it is something serious for the first couple of months back they were itchy but now rhey are fine but they have formed into dark black spots can i get rid of them

hello,

There are two possibilities of these kind of symptoms:

1. you had some inflammatory condition at that point which is now left with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This condition can be treated with some bleaching agent like hydroquinone, tretinoin combinations

2 you are having a condition called purpuric pigmented dermatosis, which is a progressive condition, occuring in adults, on both ankles and appears as many pin point black spots. This can be also treated with similar regimes. since it is a progressive disease, one can not completely get rid of it.
