Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If this is the symptoms of gastritis, then the underlying cause of this is the matter of concern, but most of the time it is due to hyperacidity and infection.

Initially, the condition can be managed with tablet Omeprazole once in a day (Keeping in mind a case of hyperacidity) on tentative basis short course of antibiotic can be tried, with tablet Amoxicillin twice in a day.

Along with this avoid taking spicy food, heavy meal, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, (If you are on some drug then it could be drug induced gastritis, so you may stop the drugs or discuss it with your doctor).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
