How To Get Relief From Pain Near Throat And Chest While Walking Or Climbing Stairs?

i am 55 and a diabetic and BP patient. getting pain near my throat and chest while i walk or climb stairs . consulted dr. who prescribed TELMED 40, ROSUVEL F20,DIGEXTIN/ NITROGTN2.6,ISTAVEL 100 QND TRIVOLIB 1 as my daily dosage. but no relif of my chest pain or throat pain.

Dear Friend.
You have diabetes and hypertension , so you already are a high risk candidate for heart disease.
The kind of pain you are describing might be because of Angina.
I suggest you :
1. ECG
2. TMT
3. ECHO
If indicated you may also require angiography.
Discuss with your doctor regarding adding Asiprin to your treatment.
