How To Get Relief From Pain Due To Severe Constipation In Child?

One of my twin girl has severe constipation for last 1 month. She is almost 2 yr old weight 9.6 kg. is in pain which lasts for hours even days. right now she is given ceraffin 10 ml + liquinox jelly is put twice on her anus. Still it has only given part relief

I would advise to take care in diet instead of giving some medicine and no need to be over conscious. If they do not pass the stool for couple days, then you have to be careful in diet and water intake, avoid giving any commercially available food, or tin food, try to feed them with fiber containing diet, home made diet, encourage for drinking water, else it is nothing to worry.
