Hi I am 32 yrs old lady,an anatomist by profession we r married since 3 yrs and trying to conceive a baby but failed we consulted a infertility specialist and got all tests done eg. Semen analysis, ovulation monitoring, tubal patency and all All tests are normal.my menses are regular.never met a problem in menses. still not able to conceive

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Inability to conceive may be due to abnormal thyroid functions.
Hypothyroidism commonly leads to difficulty in conception.
Thus, in addition to all the fertility tests already done by you, a thyroid function test should also be added.
Hypothyroidism is characterized by high TSH and hypothyroidism may interfere with conception.
In case high TSH level is detected, appropriate treatment should be taken and then followed up.
