How To Get Non Diluted Urine Analysis?
I have have had 2 UAs come back deluted.. I've been dieting and drinking lots of water but also take oxyelite pro... Just took another UA after I had drank one lg glass of water at 7am with two diet pills then drank a large diet monster drink.. Ate 2 protien bars I'm scared of my UA sadly I have drank at all and am scared I need a good UA

If you want a good urinary analysis then you must drink water as guided by your thrist not your diet plan.
