How To Get Information And Knowledge On Findings Of Echo Report In Old People ?
My father s echo report shows the following conclusions : 1. IHD-ANTEROSEPTAL INFARCTION 2. MODERATE LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION 3. ADEQUATE LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION 4. LVEF - 50% My father is 85 yrs old with hypertension and type II diabetes for past 20 yrs. Not a smoker / alcoholic. Is the above shows that he had cardiac attack. what are the precautions to be taken in future. Tku in advance

He had Heart attack,as his EF is good let him be on moderate walking,salt/fat restricted diet,More Green leafy vegetables in diet.Avoid exertion.Regular follow up with ur doctor
