How To Get Fix Damaged Inter Stim Implant?

I have the inter stim implant and I was told last year some of my wires are broke,. But no one will do anything to fix the problem. As they are more concerned that I had a CT scan in June of last year which showed I had excessive fluid on my brain. So what do you think I should do now.
