How to get energetic instantly after masturbation?

Hi! I am 19 years old and I have habit of over masturbation i.e 5 times a day. I am trying to control this habit but whenever I control it for 15-20 days then I masturbate or get nightfall due to extreme enthusiam then I get into neutral state means again I can't control myself and an average I start masturbating 4-5 times a day. I noticed one thing that whenever I eat spicy and non-veg then only masturbation happens and I eat 4-5 times a week so I think by making my diet into veg which have cold influence in my body would help me to get rid off this habit if I can't find results I will consult any sexologist. This habit has ruined my everything. I can't do a single work after masturbation I really want to completely rid off this habit. I got this habit because in previous year from jan 2015 to june 2015. I got depress regarding some issue and quit everything including studies and daily routine required work. I used to just lay down on bed for 18 hours a day. In that time I used to mostly watch porn or sexual comics and then I got masturbation habit. I used to masturbate 8-10 times a day. One day I masturbated 14 times. Then I started studies and my daily routine work again on july 2015. Then from nov 2015 to till now I can't stop myself to masturbate 5 times a day. I don't want any tips regarding quiting this habit. I will make my own way-out. I just want to know any cheap costing supplement or medicine that should recover my all energy after masturbation. I should get instant energy in .5-1 hour. That would help me alot till I don't get any perfect way-out for quiting this habit. Please don't give any tips just give me the name of such kind of medicine or supplement.
