How To Gain Weight?

please doctor i am a 20 year old and i weigh 53kg.i dont look to bony but fresh but i want to put on more weight about to 60kg in one week.can you pls tell me how to do that without exercise.i have peace of mind and all.pls tell me a diet or something else

It would not be possible, in a healthy way, to put on 7 kg in one week.

If you do need to gain weight because you are underweight, it should be gradual to avoid any problems that may occur.

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing your calorie intake.

This means increasing the calories you get from your food and drink.

This would involve increasing portion sizes and the frequency of meals (high calorie snacks between meals).
Adding dressings/butter/oils to meals to increase calorie value would also help.
