How To Fix Sharp Pain In Back Left Hand Side Below Shoulder Blade?

Hi iv had a sharp pain in my back left hand side just below my sholder blade fir about 2/3 weeks. Never had anything like this before. It hurts more when I lay on my back and struggle to take a deep breath. What can this be and how do I get rid of it

IF there inohistory of injury then it can be related cervical problem and postuoral defect. Use hard bed cervicalcolor. take hifenac p and apply anal gesic sprayinback Give worm compression on back. Take corective sitting posture. It will improve within one week.
