How To Fix A Blocked Blood Vessel In Ear? Have Severe Ringing And Whooshing Noises In Ear

is there anything you can do to fix a blocked blood vessel in the ear? My husband has severe ringing and whooshing noises in his ears, He has been diagnosed with the blockage of the blood vessel in both ears, Can this be cured by some kind of surgery to unblock them?

Hello,
Which blood vessel is blocked?.
I am not sure of the diagnosis as there could ne pressure by the blood vessel on the nerve which causes tinnitus for which there is surgery.
It will be better if you upload the reports.
