Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. Okay so usually, I am with a group of friends and yeah I love them and everything but lately I've been feeling alone even when i am with them. What does it mean? Sometimes I think that i should walk away and you know, have time to myself, but i think that I'm just scared of being alone. Is that normal? What do i do?
Thanks for your query .I have gone through your query and i am telling your that its perfectly normal .Everyone should have some time for him/herself ,the time we want to spend with our self .So don't be scared of being alone, give yourself some time ,think about yourself ,your goals ,your problems and there solutions , you will definitely start feeling better. There should have some personal space for everyone.
Its just a normal swing of mood.I would suggest you to do exercise regularly , don't loose faith in your friends, try to involve yourself with your friends ,make plans with them and do meditation and yoga on regular basis (extremely helpful)
If you will not start feel better in 10 days take the help of psychiatrist.
Hope your concern has been resolved. Get Well Soon. Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
