Hello,

I read your message and understand your concern.

Maybe your baby is not ready for solid foods or you must offer her food in an interesting way. Try to discover what she likes. Watch what kind of cerelac (see the ingredients) she likes and try to prepare something similar in home.

You can try to feed her while she is playing. Try to make the eating process look like a game of discovering new tastes.

She is 10 months now and teething maybe is one problem. You can help get through this period of time by giving her something cold to chew like a cloth or a toy filled with water.

You can prepare solid foods at home very easily with a blender. There are many recipes that you can find. Before serving it to your daughter try the taste yourself. If you think that is great and you would like to eat it I am sure your daughter will like it too.

Wish this helps.
All the best to you and your baby.
