How To Expand Chest?
i am 25 year old Indian man 63kg weight and 168cm height and chest size 83cm and chest expansion is 2cm only, i have medical test for govt. technical job they need 84cm chest size with 5cm chest expansion, how can i get 1 cm more chest and 3 cm chest expansion in next 3 months

Hi,
To increase chest expansion few inches more, go for deep breathing exercises daily with taking deep inspiration, then keep air inside for some time and then expel all air outside slowly.
Use Respiretrometer for breathing exercise.
Go for inflating balloons frequently.
