How To Differentiate Between Angina And Asthma?

I was just released from the hospital after having the "fish" procedure done. I was diagnosed with angina (I had a three day stay and lots of tests run) but when I went to the health department to get a note to return to work was told that i dont have angina I have asthma and was put on two seperate inhalers even though the health department ran no tests. Who do I believe?

Nice question,
U were undergone FISH procedure during your hospital stay and u also get diagnosed angina by various tests.anyway angina and asthma are completely different that one is due to acute coronary spasm and the later is due to acute bonchospasm, one is disease of heart and the later is respiratory disease.so if u any confusion that someone from health department told u something as in your ,just relay only what doctors say bcuz its job of a doctor to diagnose disease and not anyone else despite he is having a good knowledge medical fraternity including paramedic.
I think your confusion will be over now.
