I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. In one sense you are right. For mental disorders you should consult a clinical psychologist / psychiatrist so that proper diagnosis is made in order to provide perfect treatment and thus a cure. . But even a behavioral psychologist / counseling psychologist can provide ill-habit counseling. Psychologists, including child psychologists, learn psychopathology and mental disorders. Still I shall advise you to consult a clinical psychologist / psychiatrist.
Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
