General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

First time when you had an intercourse you got the periods on the next day so there is no chance that you are pregnant because of that. Your pregnancy is due to the person who had intercourse with you second time. Dont stress yourself because it is clear. Use safety to avoid infections .

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
