I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Demelan is a depigmenting cream containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin.. Isotroin is isotretinoin and it is a retinoid.. I would suggest you to continue the application of both the creams as well as its 2 weeks and if pigmentation is excess it will take time to resolve.. Along with it you also need to limit sun exposure and always apply a SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion for preventing further damage.. You should also exfoliate your skin with a gentle face and bosy scrub twice a week.. You can also go for full both steam and sauna bath and after taking steam you can gently exfoliate your skin to shed off dead skin and reduce pigmentation.. Wear full sleeved clothes.. If possible cover your face and hands when exposed to sun.. Wash your face frequently with water.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora
