i've had a small bulged near my shin for about six years now, it doesnt bother me except when im active in doing workouts or walking long distances then i may get an ach in that localized area. well as of today its swollen and looks as though the skin on top is breaking, it hurts to touch but thats about it..im wondering if i should wait to go to the doctor tomorrow or go to the er.
