How To Cure Sarcoidosis Which Is Giving Major Problems To Knees With Trembling Hands?

I have sarcoidosis and it is giveing me major problems with my knees. My dr has me on methotrexate and methylprednisolone. I am starting to have severe pain pulsating in my right upper abdomen. This is happening 30-40 times each day. It last 20 to 30 seconds each episode. This is been happening for about a week. The last few days I also have started trembling in my hands. This does not happen at the same time. What do you think I should do?
