Hi

I understand your concern.

You need to investigate yourself to rule out any oraganicity.

1st thing is require is fundas examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.

If all report come normal then it is consider as tension headache which is due to stress and busy lifestyle
I prefer Tab amitryptiline 25 mg in my patients but after proper investigation.

But go for reports 1st then consult neurologist if require.

Besides this following will helpful.

exercise
meditation
deep breathing and hyperventilation

proper sleep

stress free activity
do pleasurable activity
music and hobbies.

Thank you.
Get well soon.
